We will usually be able to give you a real-time indication as to whether, in principle, we can approve the loan. If you apply online, we will typically reply within 4 business hours.

After we receive your application form, we’ll provide you with a formal Letter of Intent (LOI). This contains the key terms and conditions of the loan including fees and timetable to close.

These are all outlined in the Letter of Intent (LOI). You will be required to pay for the appraisal upfront.  Additional fees charged will be deducted from the loan proceeds at closing. Some of these standard fees include legal document and search fees, loan processing and underwriting or origination fees.

We lend against multi-family 5+ unit apartments, mixed use, retail and office property. (Other commercial real estate is on a case-by-case basis.)
